TERMS OF SERVICE

This Terms Of Service (TOS) sets forth the principles that govern the use by customers of the products and services provided by Core Coding, Inc., hereinafter ("CC"). This TOS document is designed to help protect our customers, and the Internet community, from irresponsible, abusive or illegal activities.

GENERAL VIOLATIONS

This TOS document identifies the actions that Core Coding considers to be Prohibited Actions (meaning those actions which create denial of access or impediment of service).

PROHIBITED ACTIONS: General Terms and Conditions of Use

Unauthorized distribution of passwords and/or access codes is strictly prohibited.

Institutional users should contact their Site Administrator regarding the General Terms and Conditions of their License Agreement.

Adding, removing, or modifying identifying network header information (aka "spoofing") in an effort to deceive or mislead.

Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information.

Any activities which adversely affect the ability of other people or systems to use Core Coding services or the Internet are prohibited. This includes "denial of service" attacks against the Core Coding servers, network hosts or individual user.

Sending unsolicited commercial e-mail. Using a Core Coding e-mail or Website address to distribute commercial e-mail is prohibited.

Sending large volumes of unsolicited e-mail (aka "mail bombing") is prohibited.

Attempting to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account (aka "cracking") is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for the customer, logging into a server or account the customer is not expressly authorized to access, or probing the security of Core Coding servers and networks.

Using any program/script/command, or sending messages of any kind, designed to interfere with a User’s session, by any means, locally or by the Internet.

FREE FORUMS: Terms and Conditions

By creating a forum, you agree to not use it for any of the following reasons listed below. We monitor the use of these forums and will cooperate with the law if requested. We reserve the right to close any forum with or without notice, even if it's a paid account. Core Coding is not responsible for the content on these forums.

Here are some examples of illegal (or possibly legal) activity that is not tolerated on our forums:

  • Racial Hatred, Violence or Intolerance toward others
  • Displaying or Linking to Warez, Cracks, or Pirated Material
  • Hacking, Cracking, Virii or Malicious Activity
  • Breach of any Copyright
  • Pornographic, Adult or Underage Material
  • Password Stealing or Sharing
  • Defamation, Terrorism or Communism Talk
  • Make Money Fast or Fraudulent Scams
  • Illicit Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia Talk
  • Posting of personal information without permission
  • Coaxing people to persue legal action against others
  • Displaying of personal ads on non paid (free) forum plans
  • Using ad services in a way that is against their terms and conditions

If you are unsure about these rules, please contact us for clarification before creating a forum. The forum owner is responsible for the content on their forum. Core Coding requires email proof that an attempt was made to contact the forum administrator before we evaluate abuse complaints.

ENFORCEMENT

Core Coding reserves the right to amend or change these guidelines at any time without notice. This Acceptable Use Policy and any disputes shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of California.

DISCLAIMER

Core Coding's official registered domain name is "corecoding.com", and the official World Wide Web domain address is "http://www.corecoding.com".

While the information and recommendations contained in Core Coding's website have been compiled from sources believed to be reliable, Core Coding makes no guarantee as to, and assumes no responsibility for, the correctness, sufficiency, or completeness of such information or recommendations. Other or additional safety measures may be required under particular circumstances.

Core Coding's logo is a registered trademark. Permission to use the Core Coding's logo for World Wide Web display must be obtained prior to use.

The services rendered by Core Coding, unless otherwise noted, are freely available for personal and commercial use. However, you may not distribute or sell any information, files, products, or services obtained from the Core Coding without the express written permission of Core Coding, unless otherwise stated. You may not use Core Coding's services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.

RESTRICTIONS

Core Coding has the right to deny any type of service or communication with anyone at anytime. Core Coding also empowers the right to deny business to all U.S. Government Sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iraq, North Korea, Syria, Sierra Leone, Iran, Ivory Coast ("Cote d'Ivorie"), Belarus, Sudan, Burma (Myanmar), Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia, Montenegro), Taliban (Afghanistan), Liberia and Zimbabwe.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

The Core Coding website contains links to third party web sites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Core Coding and Core Coding is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including, without limitation, any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. The viewer is responsible for viewing and abiding by the privacy statements and terms of use posted at the Linked Sites.

PUNISHMENT

When in breach of any terms stated within this document, or elsewhere on the board, Core Coding reserves the right to deliver any of the following actions as listed below:

  • Verbal Warning - No Action Taken
  • Suspension
  • Permanent Ban

Depending on the severity of the abuse, we may also take legal action.
